Great Time at Akron Authors Con!

I had a great time meeting fellow independent and self-published authors along with readers at the first ever Akron Authors Con outside of Akron, OH over the Labor Day Weekend. A special shout out to the two authors on either side of me, Kim Sloan (https://www.facebook.com/p/Kim-Sloan-author-61557589785832/) and Sheri Yutzy (https://sheriyutzy.com/). I'd also like to mention Mark Bogner (https://www.markbogner.com/), J.K. Grueber (https://jkgrueber.com/), John Curry (https://jcurrybooks.com/), all of whom I was lucky enough to meet and chat with about their journeys and tribulations as authors (plus I bought one of John's books!).

I also wanted to mention a mom and her two daughters who made my day with their excitement about my book and about reading in general! All in all it was a great experience!
